Privacy policy

Velvet Jackpot is built so it collects as close to nothing about you as the modern web allows. We don't run user accounts, we don't ask for your email at the door, and we never take payment details, because there's nothing to pay for.

What we collect

Essential session storage. Your browser stores a small flag ("age_ok") so you don't see the age modal every time you load a page, and a flag for your cookie preferences. These never leave your device.

Optional analytics (only with consent). If you tap "Accept all" on our cookie banner, we may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count anonymous visits. You can refuse this at any time by tapping "Reject optional".

Contact form. If you email us via the form on the home page, your email app sends us your name, email and message. We use this only to reply.

What we do not collect

We don't collect your real name, address, phone number, age beyond "yes you're 18+", payment details, location, browsing history outside our site, or any other personal information. There is no account, so there is nothing to track.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete anything we hold, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you think we're handling your data badly.
